When restoring this poster's image we decided to leave the ragged right hand edge as it is

then to Joshua Roberts Mooney in 1866

The building was completed in 1862

but the concourse designed to run along Swanston Street was not constructed to this design

and lies between Queen's Wharf and the Customs House
