Straffe Hendrik Xmas Blend (2025)For this special Xmas blend, a selection is made by the brewmaster between barrel aged Quadrupel on the one hand and young Quadrupel on the other. The tannin from the barrels forms a harmonious whole with the rich notes of the special malts in the Quadrupel beer. The combination of the taste of the wood aging and the young Quadrupel beer creates a unique and powerful blend. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the taste evolves year after year.
