APOTHIC RED BIB 3 LThe Apothic winemaking team exercised meticulous temperature control throughout the winemaking process. As fermentation progressed, winemakers managed heat spikes to maximize the extraction of fruit flavours and colour. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on oak staves to enhance the sweeter notes of vanilla, mocha, and toffee, which give Apothic its distinct and memorable character.
